Go Bowling This Weekend!

Bowling is my favorite sport and this will be my 44th year of bowling this fall! I rolled a perfect 300 in 1996! Bowling is a great sport for cardiovascular fitness and you do burn 300 to 400 calories when you bowl at least 3 games!

Wow, good for you! I am a very inconsistant bowler. I get a strike and then I bowl a gutter ball, LOL!

I haven't bowled for over thirty years! Being Australian, it's not very popular here. Regardless, I started when I was 14 & used to love it!
