Suburbhater used to have annual birthday parties for our friends on Polyvore & so she suggested we decorate this dress to celebrate upcoming birthdays (or those past). This one is for Pam, whose birthday was in April & who we have celebrated for 9 years!! Happy Birthday Pam!!!
