Problem with set.

  • It's been almost 24hr since I posted my new set but it hasn't been public yet. What is wrong with the configuration?
This kind of problem never occurred in Polyvore.
If trend.me is gonna call itself next Polyvore at least be equally efficient.

  • Some sets from the beginning take a lot of time to go public but friends can see them first. A set edit makes them private or friends only for up to half a day before re-going public. You only get one try to edit and only a short period of time where you can make changes. I don't know if the items you clip yourself slow things down more with or without active links to where they are from. I don't know if using other people's private but Trend me lets you use them anyway bits slow things down either. Way way back that some websites needed time to see the kinds of sets you made before your sets got approved ultrafast. Clearly trendme needs to add some guidance. Even Polyvore made changes to policy and function ever so often. I added the jacket and lost half a day. I think it was worth it. 3 years ago

  • The same thing happens with my sets and sometimes it's not approved for hours.I don't have an answer just letting you know you're not the only one waiting. 4 years ago

  • I usually don't notice when my sets go public, but all mine get approved relatively fast. Considering I have likes on my set 10 minutes after I post it. You could private message @Webmaster_Trendme if you have them as a friend. Also I think that your friends can see you set as soon as you save it. I'm not sure about that though. Hope this helps a little❤️ 4 years ago

  • I'm a new member, but if you hit the "Edit", and the set will be marked on the Privacy tab as Public. It says that on mine, but it also has some red writing saying "Set not yet approved as Public." so it sounds like it has to be approved first, but yet the same posted set already had someone like it. I'm not sure, the process seems a little weird. Like on your profile, I can see the last set you posted (as of now,
"Dil Bechara: Friend zone ka mara") and like it, so its kinda ambiguous what's public and what's not.

  • A day is more than enough time for a set to go public. It shouldn't take this much time, any set should go public within a minute.

    Is this a regular occurrence?

  • When it goes "Public" is that when it is on the "Feed" or the other page where there are many sets plus photos of clothes in between the sets ? Which page does it go on when it is considered Public ?
