cannot get to my collections or those of others

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong. For example, I have a collection of pants. Sometimes I can see them and other times I can't. And, if I'm using only items I bring in, I cannot see any item from anyone else.

    HELP! What am I not doing correctly?
