21 JUL 2019 ~ originally Cape Cod and the surrounding towns were known for their Whaling and Trading, today, it is a popular Vacation destination along with Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

Thanks Sweetie !! My Friends & I stayed in a similar B&B for a couple of days. It has gotten quite expensive there, but we loved the quaint seaside feeling. Was worth it !! Also stayed in Plymouth and saw the "Rock" !! At the time I had not started research on my Ancestry, so I didn't have a clue that on my Maternal side of the Family I am a direct descendant of Priscilla Sara Mullins. =D Incogneato
Love this, Kate! My family would rent a cottage and believe me when I say they were often rustic! Occasionally if there were too many of us, some would have to stay at the B&B type accommodation offered (usually by little older women who believed in much doily decor!) This photo reminds me of their places.
